Everyday & essential support

Our everyday and essential support services are designed to help you maintain routines and independence. This includes independent living support, personal assistant tasks, meal preparation, light household chores, shopping, errands, organising appointments, managing correspondence, and medication prompts. We also help establish structured daily routines to enhance stability.

Recovery & wellbeing support

This level of support is often chosen for steady progress and ongoing wellbeing. It includes one-to-one emotional support, recovery planning with structured goal setting, building confidence and independence, anxiety and stress management strategies, and developing coping skills. We also focus on crisis prevention, early warning sign awareness, support following hospital discharge, accompaniment to appointments, advocacy during meetings, and reducing isolation to improve community engagement.
